Get Help for Fears That Feel Bigger Than You.
No Judgment, Just Support

Our psychiatry clinic offers compassionate, convenient psychiatric treatment for phobias with care that is gentle, supportive, and grounded in real solutions so that you can move forward without fear holding you back.

At Summit Together, we understand that phobias can feel overwhelming and frustrating—especially when others don’t take them seriously. Whether you’re avoiding places, situations, or experiences because of fear, we’re here to help you reclaim your sense of safety and confidence.

What is a Phobia?

A phobia is an intense fear of a specific thing, situation, or experience. It might seem irrational to others—but for you, the fear feels very real and very immediate.

Phobias can cause strong physical and emotional responses, like rapid heartbeat, sweating, panic, nausea, or the need to flee. Over time, they can affect your relationships, work, school, or ability to enjoy life fully.

The good news? Phobias are treatable, and you don’t have to face yours alone.

Types of Phobias We Treat

  • Fear of things like flying, needles, driving, spiders, heights, blood, elevators, thunderstorms, and more.

  • Fear of being judged, watched, or embarrassed in social settings. This can make everyday interactions feel overwhelming.

  • Fear of doctors, hospitals, vomiting, or medical procedures (including vaccines and blood draws).

  • Fear of being in places where escape might be hard or help might not be available—like crowds, public transportation, or wide-open spaces.
